Came across this post about losing weight in a girl's blog. Looks like her weight-loss plan is very effective. The following is from her blog:

Nov 1 2008: 114-115 kg
June 11 2009: 78kg
Total wt loss: 37kgs
Ideal wt: 50
Wt to go: 28kgs

I think your previous blog article title "Scary" is more appropriate for this post - an apt description both for the snake story as well as the rapid weight loss of the girl.
Quite rapid. I just realized that she will have lost more than 50% of her weight when she reaches 50kg - all in just about one year.
fr, can put back just as quickly. i have come across at least 2 cases.
Fr, I find 2 mice in my bath tub drain climbling it scared me. this month.
