With donations from pupils and supporters, there were songs by Wu Wai Fong, Aw Yeong Peng Mun, Chik Chew Kuarn, Ngai Wai Ying, Lou Mee Wah, Chor Wun Yook, Pang Chee Kuen, Ng Yim Hong and Wun Kok Wai. I recorded three of them. Here is the first one:

There is a CO performance at The Expanade Concert Hall on 17.09.2001. Do you have the details like who are the artistes performing. Sale of tickets have started. I wonder if it is another charity show because the tickets are highly priced.
Linda, I don't know about it. It is still quite far away. Probably there will be more information later.
My friend rang up Kong Ming San, the organiser. It is a charity show with artistes like Jeung Mun Duen, Yew Ji Keong, Ai Wai Ying, Ding Fan....It is aconcert of CO songs.
BTW, It seems that there will be another full length opera at The Esplanade Theare by The Guangdong troupe around September.
